Artsy Nights Terms and Policy Conditions for Attendees
By attending Artsy Nights, all attendees agree to comply with the following terms and policies:
1. Ticketing and Entry: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the festival organizers. All attendees must present a valid ticket and ID upon entry. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
* No re-entry is permitted unless otherwise specified by Artsy Nights. Attendees who leave the premises may be subject to paying the cover charge again to regain entry.
Artsy Nights reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone at its discretion, including individuals who are visibly intoxicated, behaving disruptively, or failing to comply with the proper dress code.
2. Age Restrictions: Attendees must be 18+ unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
3. Conduct and Safety: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Any behavior deemed unsafe, illegal, or disruptive will result in removal from the festival grounds without refund. The safety of all attendees, staff, and artists is a top priority.
– All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, security, and other patrons. Physical or verbal harassment, disorderly conduct, or any illegal activities (such as drug use) will result in immediate removal from the venue and potential involvement of law enforcement.
– The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside the venue and on the premises.
4. Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited from the festival grounds: weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, large backpacks, glass containers, fireworks, and drones (*check event/venue entry policy). Security reserves the right to inspect attendees, bags and confiscate any prohibited items.
– For the safety of all patrons, bag searches and security checks may be conducted at the door. The venue reserves the right to confiscate any prohibited items, including weapons, drugs, outside beverages, and other items deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
– Weapons, illegal substances, outside food or beverages, large bags, backpacks, and professional camera equipment are prohibited inside the nightclub. Management reserves the right to confiscate or deny entry with any items they consider inappropriate.
5. Health and Medical Emergencies: A medical team will be on-site for emergencies. Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety and should inform festival staff of any medical conditions in advance. Hydration stations will be available, and festival organizers encourage all attendees to stay hydrated.
– If you feel unwell, notify a staff member immediately. Artsy Nights has medical staff on site to assist in case of emergencies. Stay hydrated, and know your limits with alcohol. Artsy Nights reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to anyone appearing overly intoxicated.
6. Photography and Filming: By attending the festival, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by festival photographers and media partners. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes. Personal photography is allowed, but commercial photography requires prior approval.
– No professional photography or video recording is allowed without prior approval from the festival´s management. Personal photography is permitted, but no flash is allowed in areas where it could disturb performers or patrons.
7. Art and Installations: Attendees are encouraged to interact with art installations, but must respect the artist’s work. Any vandalism or destruction of art pieces will lead to removal from the festival and potential legal action.
8. Weather Conditions: The festival will proceed rain or shine. Attendees are responsible for checking weather conditions and dressing appropriately. In the event of severe weather, the festival may be paused or rescheduled at the discretion of the organizers.
9. Environmental Responsibility: Artsy Nights is committed to sustainability. Attendees are encouraged to use recycling and waste stations provided. Respect the festival grounds and leave no trace by properly disposing of trash and recyclables.
10. Liability: By attending Artsy Nights, you assume all risks associated with attending a music festival. The organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
11. Bottle Service and Reservations:All table or bottle service reservations require a minimum spend, which varies depending the stage and table location. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure reservations. Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalty charges.
– Guests at reserved tables are responsible for the conduct of their party. Damage to property or excessive disturbances may result in the ejection of the entire group.
12. Refunds:
– All cover charges, tickets, and table deposits are non-refundable unless the event is canceled. If you are removed from the venue for violating terms or policies, no refunds will be provided.
By entering the festival grounds, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the festival without refund or recourse.
This brand acknowledges that it does not own any rights to the music or intellectual property of the performing talents featured at our music video sets or events, with the sole exception of those who serve as official resident artists under exclusive agreements with the brand. All other music remains the exclusive property of the respective artists and rights holders. We respect the creative ownership of all performers and are committed to upholding their rights throughout all of our programming and collaborations.
